Tshireletso is a recently appointed Associate Attorney, based at our Maun Branch. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in October 2024 and successfully completed her pupillage thereafter, joining the firm in January 2026.

With a strong foundation in civil litigation and advisory work, she has developed a broad practice that encompasses debt collection, land and property disputes, contract drafting, matrimonial matters in family law and estate law.

EXPERTISE

In her debt collection practice, she assists clients in recovering outstanding amounts through both litigation and negotiated settlements, ensuring that financial disputes are resolved efficiently and fairly. Her work in land and ownership disputes involves advising and representing clients in matters of ownership, boundaries, transfers, and tenancy, with a focus on protecting property rights under Botswana law.

She also has extensive experience in drafting contracts of sale and general agreements, where she emphasizes clarity, precision, and compliance with legal standards to safeguard her clients’ interests. In the sphere of family law, Tshireletso handles matrimonial matters including divorce, maintenance, custody, and matrimonial property disputes, approaching each case with sensitivity and professionalism while striving for outcomes that balance advocacy with fairness. Her practice further extends to estate administration, where she guides clients through the administration of estates, ensuring that beneficiaries’ rights are protected.
