Moraki Mogwera graduated from the University of Botswana with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in 2024. He is an admitted attorney of the Courts of Botswana since 2025. Moraki started at Mbikiwa Legal Practice in June 2024 and has since provided stability and youthful exuberance to the practice.

He has appeared regularly before the High Court, Magistrates’ Courts, Industrial Court and Land Tribunal of Botswana, representing clients with dedication and precision. He has particular interests in land/inheritance disputes, personal injury and delictual claims.

Moraki is an avid legal researcher, and under the tutelage of Ms. Mbikiwa has gained invaluable experience in drafting court documents, preparing clients and evidence for trial, and analyzing complex contracts.
